My blueprint, or coaching philosophy, is dull and boring. It is nothing more than a few buzzwords grouped together as an attempt to portray my coaching style.

At the same time, my coaching philosophy, or blueprint, is etched in stone and derived from deep within my soul. It is a goal, a driving force, a motivator that pulls me from my sheets and prepares me for each and every day.

It reminds me of both why I want to coach and how I want to coach. It reads something like this…

I will create an environment that inspires action and encourages others to reach their potential. I will take a generalists approach to training the individual. Combined with communication and education, everything will be accomplished through mastery of the basics involving high quality movement performed with intention and attention.
